Robert has been licensed in real estate since 1984. He has been a
broker/manager and consistent top producer with over $100,000,000 in
closed sales. He is currently a resident of Wise County having
previously lived in Bedford.
He has taken literally hundreds of continuing education hours to make
sure the representation he gives to either a seller or buyer is the best
they can receive and the best he can give. He has sold ranches,
homes, new construction, small strip malls, a bowling alley,
manufactured homes, even a houseboat and an airplane hangar and a missile silo to
name a few.
In over 28 years of representation he has never been in a lawsuit. In 1996 he became
an Accredited Buyers Representative when market conditions changed, a designation
awarded by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council of the National Association of
Realtors.
Robert communicates clearly and intelligently in his own low key way and believes in
telling his clients what they need to hear to make their transaction as smooth as
possible, not like some agents who say what they think a client wants to hear.
Besides being licensed as a real estate agent Robert has been licensed as a Right of
Way Agent, an appraiser, and has experience in mineral owner research for area oil
and gas companies.
He believes volunteer work and financial support to community groups is an important
way of giving back to the community. He is a member of Lions Club, past member of
Elks Club, joined the Red Cross in 1990, past vice president of Bikers Against Child
Abuse Fort Worth chapter, a volunteer for the Salvation Army, Boise Rescue Mission,
Gods Love Rescue Mission in Helena Montana, Goodwill and other community
charities and projects. He and his wife Carole worship in Decatur.
Robert is involved in politics and has been a past state delegate. Besides the real
estate business he has owned restaurants and holds a Bachelors degree.
